Create an account and keep the recovery code
Open Sign in / my account from the studio and choose Create account. Enter the required name, phone number and password, then keep the private recovery code in a secure place. Registration uses a phone number and password; it does not mean the number has been verified through an SMS code. Treat the recovery code as private account access information, not as something to include in a client presentation.
If you previously worked as a guest, use the same browser to add the projects it can still open. Only projects whose ownership can be established are linked. A matching name, phone number or shared office internet connection does not grant access to somebody else’s work.
Reopen the working presentation on another device
Sign in to the same account on the other device and open Saved projects. Search for the relevant project, then review its current products and quantities before editing. Use a clear project title so a draft for one client is not confused with a similar brief for another. Wait for changes to finish saving before you switch to the ordering step.
Keep the distinction between the working project and an exported PDF. A downloaded file does not update when the presentation changes. If you replace an item or revise the quantity, inspect the current presentation and generate a new client copy when needed.
Choose one option and enter the actual order quantity
Use Order online from the presentation, or start from the account’s saved project. Select the intended gift-set option and enter the number of complete sets required. A reference estimate displayed while exploring ideas is not your order quantity. Provide the contact information, delivery country, city and address requested by the form, with any relevant notes for review.
For a hypothetical workshop in Baghdad, suppose the presentation compares two alternatives but the customer wants 150 sets of only the first. Choose that option and enter 150 explicitly. Do not combine both alternatives or assume a previously displayed reference quantity has become an instruction to purchase.
Review the fresh estimate before submitting
The order preview calculates the selected scope using the requested quantity and current available pricing information. Review the products, packaging, known totals and any amounts still awaiting confirmation. A pending custom element is not free. Check that the delivery address and contact name belong to this request, especially if the account is used to prepare several client projects.
If the saved presentation or relevant pricing changes before submission, review a fresh preview rather than approving an outdated amount. Confirm the displayed scope and submit the request only after that review. This keeps the submitted record tied to the information you actually accepted.
Follow the request without overwriting its history
The account’s My orders area lets you reopen the submitted request and follow its recorded status. The request begins pending Brandkom confirmation. This step does not collect a payment, reserve stock or guarantee delivery. The team still confirms availability, final pricing, branding, packaging and fulfilment details appropriate to the selected scope.
A submitted order retains its own recorded products, quantities and contact details. Editing the creative presentation afterwards does not rewrite that request. If your client changes the requirements after submission, refer to the existing order number when discussing the amendment with the team. Keep developing the presentation as needed, but do not assume those edits have silently changed the commercial request.
Before you move forward
- Create the account and privately retain its recovery code.
- Link accessible guest projects before changing browsers.
- Open the correct saved presentation and finish saving edits.
- Choose one option and enter the complete-set quantity.
- Check the contact details and delivery address.
- Review current amounts and clearly pending costs.
- Keep the order number separate from later project revisions.
Common questions
Will every old conversation appear when I enter my phone number?
No. Registering a phone number does not prove ownership of earlier conversations. Add accessible guest projects from the browser that holds them, then use the account to reopen successfully linked projects on another device.
Can I pay online when submitting this request?
The current order flow records a request for confirmation and does not take a payment. Review the team’s confirmed commercial terms separately before treating the request as an agreed purchase or production instruction.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Use the account’s recovery option with the phone number and the private recovery code you saved. Set the new password and securely retain the replacement code. Do not share either code with presentation reviewers.
